সাউথ এশিয়ান ফুটবল ফেডারেশন এর ব্যবস্থাপনায় ও বাংলাদেশ ফুটবল ফেডারেশনের তত্ত্বাবধানে স্বাগতিক বাংলাদেশসহ ভুটান, ভারত ও নেপাল অনূর্ধ্ব-২০ মহিলা জাতীয় ফুটবল দলের অংশগ্রহণে ‘সাফ অনূর্ধ্ব-২০ ওমেন্স চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ ২০২৩’ এর খেলা গত ০৩ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৩ তারিখ হতে কমলাপুরস্থ বীরশ্রেষ্ঠ শহীদ সিপাহী মোহাম্মদ মোস্তফা কামাল স্টেডিয়ামে অনুষ্ঠিত হচ্ছে। উক্ত চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপের ফাইনাল ম্যাচে বাংলাদেশ অনূর্ধ্ব-২০ ওমেন্স জাতীয় দল নেপাল অ-২০ মহিলা জাতীয় ফুটবল দলের বিপক্ষে ৩-০ গোলে জয়লাভ করে। বাংলাদেশের হয়ে শাহেদা আক্তার রিপা ৪২ মিনিটে প্রথম, শামসুন্নাহার ৪৫+১ মিনিটে দ্বিতীয় এবং উন্নতি খাতুন ৮৭ মিনিটে তৃতীয় গোল করেন।

Under the management of the South Asian Football Federation and under the supervision of the Bangladesh Football Federation, the matches of ‘SAFF U-20 Women’s Championship 2023’ started from February 03, 2023 with the participation of the host Bangladesh, Bhutan, India and Nepal U-20 Women’s National Football Team at Bir Shrestha Shahid Shipahi Mohammad Mostafa Kamal of Kamalapur. In the final match of the championship, Bangladesh U-20 Women’s National Team won 3-0 against Nepal U-20 Women’s National Football Team. For Bangladesh, Shaheda Akter Ripa scored the first goal in the 42nd minute, Shamsunnahar scored the second goal in 45+1 minutes, and Unnoti Khatun scored the third goal in the 87th minute.
